Limoncello affogato served with biscotti

Looking for an easy but impressive dessert for Valentine's Day dinner? This limoncello affogato comes together in about thirty seconds and tastes like something you'd order at a restaurant in Italy. Ice cream, limoncello, a twist of lemon — that's it.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2–3 tbsp limoncello
  • 1 twist of lemon

Instructions

  1. Place the ice cream in a small bowl or glass.
  2. Pour the limoncello over the ice cream.
  3. Top with the lemon twist.

Serve immediately with a biscotti or your favorite cookie.
